What's a Benefit Period?
A benefit period is the length of time we will "consecutively" pay you for any one period of accident, sickness or unemployment but you can make MULTIPLE CLAIMS*Please see "Multiple Claims" on the right hand side. for the life of the policy that can continue until you retire.
According to statistics from Labour Market trends, 63% of unemployed people find work in less than 6 months. So Antinsurance uniquely offer the option of 3 or 6 months benefit period for people who are seeking to reduce their premiums
Premium based on £800 per month benefit for age 30 Combined Accident, Sickness and Unemployment
3 months maximum benefit period = £10.80 per month
6 months maximum benefit period = £14.00 per month
12 months maximum benefit period = £16.80 per month
Why do we offer a choice?
Those who might benefit from the 3 or 6 month policy:
- Young or newly married people who cannot afford the higher premiums for 12 months cover.
- Workers in a popular industry where finding a new job would be relatively quick
- People with sufficient savings to tide them through a period of lost income
In all cases they do not want the additional cost of 12 months cover and pay for something they may not use, therefore the 3 or 6 month option allows them flexibility and affordability.
