Changing Policy Details

To make it as easy as possible for our customers to make changes to their policy without having to re-apply, we have created an 'Existing Customers' section. This section allows you to update details of your policy (contact details, change of employment etc) as well as alter your Direct Debit details and request your policy schedule.

The Existing Customer Section can be found via a link at the top of our home page.

Welcome Pack

If you do not receive your "Welcome Pack" within 10 days of you applying for your policy, then please go to the Existing Customer section, and select "Still awaiting your Policy Schedule/Welcome Pack." Let us know and we will send you a further copy of your documents by post and email you a copy immediately (if requested).
